Agree on extra work before it starts. Capture scope, itemized pricing, jobsite photos and both signatures, then share a frozen PDF record. No account required.
Get the scope, price and approval in writing before extra work begins.
Change Order Proof helps contractors and small remodeling crews document construction change orders on iPhone. Keep the estimate for extra work, jobsite photos, schedule impact and both signatures together, then share a clear PDF record.
AGREE ON THE DETAILS
Create customers and projects. Describe the scope of a renovation or variation, itemize labor and material costs, and include tax, discounts and schedule changes. Review the final total with the customer before signing.
CAPTURE PHOTOS AND APPROVAL
Attach jobsite photos with captions. Capture contractor and customer signatures on the device. Changes to an unfinished order's scope, pricing or business terms require fresh approvals.
KEEP THE SIGNED VERSION INTACT
Freeze the approved record with its amount, photos and approval details. Each signed revision has a SHA-256 Proof ID. When the work changes again, create a revision while keeping the original signed version.
SHARE A CLEAR RECORD
Generate and share a PDF of the signed change order. Export record data as JSON; media files are not included in the JSON export.
WORK WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
Your business records stay on your device and are not sent to our servers. Create and review local records without an internet connection. No account or subscription is required.
Built for independent contractors and small crews handling remodeling, renovation and on-site scope changes.
Change Order Proof is a documentation tool, not legal advice, a payment processor, an identity verification service or a guarantee of payment.
