iPhone
Your mail, straight from Microsoft to your iPhone — no servers in between. Read, send, and triage your Microsoft 365 mailbox in a clean, fast app.
Prism Mail is a clean, fast mail client for Microsoft 365. It talks directly to Microsoft — your email lives on your device and Microsoft's cloud, and doesn't pass through our servers. No accounts to create, nothing in between.
SIGN IN AND GO
Sign in with the work or school Microsoft 365 account you already have, on Microsoft's own sign-in pages. There is no Prism account, and the app does not receive your password.
YOUR WHOLE MAILBOX
• Folders with unread counts and a fast message list
• Full HTML mail — images embedded in the message display, remote images don't load
• Compose, reply, reply all, and forward, with conversation threading preserved
• Open attachments in the app: PDFs, photos, Excel and Word documents, and more
• Attach files from the Files app when composing
• Swipe to archive or delete, pull to refresh, automatic mark-as-read
• A personal plain-text signature with flexible include modes
• Follows your iPhone's light or dark appearance
PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE
Prism runs no mail servers and keeps no copies of your mail. The app contains no analytics, no ads, and collects no data.
The free version includes a short Prism Mail promotional line below your signature on emails you send.
