Every photo and video is locked with the date, time, and location the second you shoot it — and can't be edited in-app. Real proof for customers, claims and your records.
Plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs and handymen: stop losing arguments you already won.
Hardstamp locks the date, time, GPS and street address into every photo and video the moment you shoot it — and it can't be edited in the app. What you captured is exactly what you can prove.
Real proof for customers, insurance claims and callbacks. Free to start, works offline, nothing leaves your phone.
WHY HARDSTAMP
- Stamped the instant you capture — time, date, GPS, and street address burned in
- Can't be edited in the app or backdated — the stamp is part of the file
- Organized by customer, so every job's proof is one tap away
- Everything stays on your device and your own iCloud — no accounts, nothing uploaded to us
- Share the stamped file in one tap, exactly as recorded
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Snap stamped photos and record stamped video
- Build a clean evidence report (PDF) with a map, ready to hand a customer
- Capture before-and-after in the same job
- Read a serial or model number and file it with the proof
- Add a signature to close out the work
FREE TO START
Stamped photos and documents are free, forever. Video, evidence reports, signatures, and serial capture each come with free uses to try, then unlock with Hardstamp Pro.
HARDSTAMP PRO
$5.99/month or $59.90/year (two months free). Unlocks unlimited stamped video, PDF evidence reports, signatures, and serial capture. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings.
