KontoLink keeps companies and accountants connected. Upload invoices, receipts, bank statements, and files with notes, then track every document in one secure place.
KontoLink is a simple and secure way for companies and accountants to exchange accounting documents.
Instead of sending invoices, receipts, bank statements, and other files through email threads or messaging apps, upload them directly in KontoLink. Every document is organized, easy to find, and available when your accountant needs it.
With KontoLink you can:
• Upload documents from your camera, photo gallery, or file picker
• Send invoices, receipts, bank statements, PDFs, images, ZIP files, spreadsheets, and more
• Add a note to every file so your accountant knows exactly what it is
• Automatically organize documents by month and type
• Track document status, including when it has been seen, checked, or downloaded
• Receive notifications for important updates
• Search, filter, and browse documents quickly
• Use the app in multiple languages
• Sign in securely and manage your account with ease
KontoLink is built for the way accounting really works:
• Companies can send documents quickly and keep a clear history of what was sent
• Accountants receive files from clients in one structured inbox
Your data stays protected:
• Servers are located in the European Union
• Files are never publicly accessible
