Quote to Cash is for contractors who quote work, get it approved, and need to be paid for it — plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, remodelers and the small crews around them.
It is built around the job, not the paperwork. Your home screen is a list of jobs, each showing what was agreed, what you have collected and what is still owed. The quote, the change orders, the invoices and the payments all live on the job, in order, so you can see how a piece of work actually went.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Build a quote on your phone, on site. Pull items from your price list, add photos, set out a deposit or a payment schedule.
2. Send it. Your customer opens a link — no app to install, no account to create. They read it, pick any options you offered, sign with a finger and accept.
3. That acceptance is a record: who accepted, when, what they agreed to, and their signature, kept against the job.
4. Turn it into an invoice, or invoice the deposit first, and issue it.
5. Get paid, and your customer keeps a receipt.
WORKS WHERE YOU WORK
Basements, crawlspaces, new construction, the middle of nowhere. Write quotes and record work with no signal at all — everything queues on the device and syncs in order once you are back in range. No spinner in somebody's mechanical room.
BUILT FOR A CREW
Invite your crew and give each person the access their job needs. A field tech can quote, send and collect. Only an owner or admin can issue invoices or change the business. The rules are enforced on the server, not merely hidden in the app.
YOUR NAME ON IT
Add your logo and your colours, and every quote, invoice and receipt your customer sees carries them.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
Quote to Cash Solo — 1 user — $19.00 per month or $190.00 per year
Quote to Cash Crew — up to 5 users — $49.00 per month or $490.00 per year
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.

Ratings & Reviews

You can now change a quote after you've sent it.
• Edit a draft quote before you send it.
• Revise a quote you've already sent, including a declined or expired one. The revision stays a draft until you send it, and your customer keeps the original until then. Sending it replaces the original on the same job.
• If your customer signs the original while you're revising it, the app stops the revision from being sent, so a signed quote is never overwritten.
• The job screen shows which quote replaces which.
• Phone numbers format as you type, for customers and your business.
