CM Travels is a management system for travel and overseas recruitment agencies. It replaces scattered registers, spreadsheets, and message threads with one app where your whole team tracks every traveler file and every payment.
TRACK EVERY FILE FROM START TO FINISH
Register a traveler once with full name, phone number, passport number, and address, then move the file through each stage of processing: Registered, Medical Processing, Visa Processing, Manpower Processing, Flight Processing, and Completed. A file that misses its departure is marked Flight Missed, so nothing quietly disappears from your pipeline.
Every status change is recorded with the date and the staff member who made it, giving each traveler a full history you can review at any time.
KNOW WHAT IS OWED, ALWAYS
Enter the total package amount and the amount paid, and the due amount is calculated for you in BDT. The dashboard adds it all up so you can see total revenue, total collected, and total outstanding across your agency, without opening a single file.
A DASHBOARD BUILT FOR OPERATIONS
See total travelers, active files, and completed files at a glance, along with how many are sitting in medical, visa, and flight processing right now, and how many missed a flight. Filter every figure by Today, Yesterday, This Month, This Year, All Time, or a custom date range, and read the status breakdown as a chart instead of a spreadsheet.
FIND ANY TRAVELER IN SECONDS
The active traveler list is fully searchable and filterable by status and date, so you can pull up a file by name, phone, or passport number while the client is still on the line. Completed files are kept in their own list for clean records.
BUILT FOR A TEAM
Admin and staff roles keep control where it belongs. Admins manage the user list and add or edit team members; staff get on with day-to-day traveler processing. Each person has their own profile with a photo, contact details, and a light or dark theme preference.
