Pet health records & reminders
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
DogTag keeps your dog's entire medical life in one simple, always-with-you place — so you're ready for the vet, the pet sitter, the boarding kennel, or a real emergency.
Create a profile for every dog you love and keep track of everything that matters:
• Vaccines & shot records with due-date reminders
