On location: the stop you are at turns light green with a countdown until the visit registers, and turns green as soon as you drive off, also without navigation. Stopping tracking on an address finishes the visit there. Admins can complete a dispatch from the phone once its last stop is done. Road routes count work from your own GPS whichever way you drive, and re-plan quickly from where you are. Navigation works with the phone sideways. Invitations show only the routes still waiting for an answer. History shows drivers their own runs; admins see everything. Finishing a road route early with Other reason asks what happened.

US release of turn by turn navigation Horizontal GPS function

Turn-by-turn navigation on road routes: when you open a road route you can now choose between driving freely and following the planned drive turn by turn. The app is also available in Dutch.

Turn by turn navigation update, and dispatch info updated on admins dispatches.

• Dispatches for your company: when another company sends your company a zone dispatch, admins now see it under Invitations as one card. Accept or decline each route (declining asks for a reason), then choose the drivers who will run it. Admins can also answer a driver's pending invitation on their behalf. • App status for your office: the app lets your company see which app version you run and whether location access is allowed, so the Users page can show who needs to update or turn on background location.

• Complaint rework: when a dispatch is sent because of a customer complaint, the card and the stop show a "Complaint rework" badge. Open the stop to see "Why you are here again" with the complaint text, date, who raised it, and any photos (tap a photo to view it full screen). • Test dispatches: dispatches marked as test show a TEST badge and banner. Drive them exactly like normal work: accept, start, GPS, photos and complete. Nothing is invoiced and the customer is not notified. Admins can create one with the new "Test dispatch" switch when creating a dispatch.

Marking an address as not possible now asks why. Type a reason, or take a photo of the address first, and the stop records the time you were there. The reason reaches the office and the customer's report, and the visit is still billed. History is easier to search: filter by outcome, including runs that are still only planned, and switch between the whole company's runs and your own. A cancelled run now shows who called it off and when, with their reason on its own line.
