Speed camera alerts from 82,000 cameras stored on your phone — no signal needed. Plus a score for every drive, broken into speed, braking, acceleration and cornering. Roadspeed warns you about speed cameras and speed limits ahead, and keeps a record of every drive you take. The camera database is on your phone, so it works with no signal at all. ALERTS THAT ARRIVE IN TIME • 82,000 speed cameras stored on the device — fixed, red light, tunnel, school zone, average speed and distance checks • Warnings are staged: a spoken announcement first, a tone as you close in, a final tone right before • Direction aware — a camera watching the opposite carriageway is ignored • Average speed zones run a live average against the enforced limit for the whole stretch • Works completely offline. No signal, no data, no subscription SPEED AND LIMIT, ALWAYS VISIBLE • Your speed beside the speed limit plate, in km/h or mph • The display floods red the moment you go over • Large HUD mode and a mirror mode for windscreen reflection • Vehicle profiles for car, motorcycle, truck and bus, with the lower limits trucks and buses actually have COMMUNITY REPORTS • Police, mobile cameras, accidents, jams, hazards, roadworks, closures, bumps and potholes • Every report carries a reliability score built from confirmations, denials and age • Sharing can be switched off, and then nothing leaves your phone A SCORE THAT TELLS YOU SOMETHING • Every drive is scored on four things separately: speed, braking, acceleration and cornering • A letter grade from A+ to F, and one line telling you which part cost you the most • Peak G, hard braking and cornering counts, 0–100 times, climb and altitude • Score trend over your last drives, and totals for 7, 30 or 90 days EVERYWHERE YOU HAVE BEEN • Journeys record themselves — a drive opens when the car is moving and closes when you park. Nothing to press • A heat map of every road you have driven, so the roads you take daily stand out • Territory: every 500 m square you drive through is yours, with the share of your country you have covered • Export any drive as a card or a 9:16 video for sharing • A garage for your cars, with every drive filed under the right one STREAKS, BADGES AND THE BOARD • Day streaks and 45 badges across distance, drives, clean drives, territory, climb and night driving • An opt-in leaderboard: global, your country, or drivers near you, for the week, the month or all time • Nothing is shared until you join, and you can leave in one tap PRIVACY Your routes, your positions and your drive history stay on your phone. The camera database is bundled with the app, so looking up what is ahead needs no request to anyone. If you join the leaderboard you share a name, a picture and your figures — never your routes. DRIVE RESPONSIBLY Speed limits and camera positions change and may be incomplete. Always follow road signs and local law. Some countries restrict warnings about the exact position of enforcement cameras; in those countries Roadspeed shows a stretch of road rather than a point, automatically.
