Pip: ADHD Focus & Body Double
Start tasks. Never alone.
Only for iPhone

iPhone
Every to-do app tells you what to do. None of them help you START.
Pip is a tiny ember who works beside you — a body double in your pocket.
HOW IT WORKS
• Dump the noise. Everything circling in your head, as messy as it comes.
• Pip makes it small. Not a 12-step plan: ONE tiny physical first action.
"Open Mail and write only the greeting line." That's the whole step.
• Start together. A gentle 3-2-1, then Pip works at its tiny desk while you
do your thing. You're not starting alone anymore.
WHY PIP IS DIFFERENT
• No streaks. No red badges. No "overdue". Missing a day costs nothing —
Pip is simply happy when you're back.
• The only counter in Pip counts UP: steps taken together.
• The Drawer. Tasks you keep avoiding aren't thrown back in your face. They
rest in a drawer where you can shrink them, let them rest, or let them go.
Avoidance is information, not failure.
• Private by design. Your brain dumps never leave your phone. No account,
no server, no tracking.
FREE, FOREVER
Everything that helps you start: unlimited brain dumps, unlimited
start-togethers, the drawer, and finished sessions on your calendar.
PIP PRO
Pip stays with you: the session timer on your lock screen and in the Dynamic
Island while you're in whatever app you had to open. Plus every Pip friend and
every hat. Monthly, or yearly with a 14-day free trial — or buy the friends

Pip is built with executive-function-friendly patterns. Pip is not a medical
app and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
