HeyGroop: Group Decisions

Decide Together. Faster.

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

A Groop is people coming together to decide one thing — a trip, a dinner, a plan — then moving on. Not another group chat that never ends. A Groop is people coming together to decide one thing — a trip, a dinner, a plan — then moving on. Not another group chat that never ends. HeyGroop closes the decisions that die in a group thread. Where to eat. When to leave. Who's driving. It turns the scattered back-and-forth into one card of decisions your group has actually agreed to, each shown with the reason behind it. One card your whole group can trust Every decision on the card is either settled or still open, and every settled one keeps the reason it was settled — so nobody re-litigates why you picked what you picked. The card is the record. The thread is just how you got there. It reads the thread and proposes — you confirm Your group talks in the thread. On demand, the Groop Decision Engine™ reads the recent messages and proposes the decisions and constraints it thinks it found. Nothing reaches the card until a person confirms it. The Engine does not decide for your group, and it does not promise to catch everything in a thread. It surfaces candidates a human checks. Nothing is on the card until it is pinned Any message can be pinned as a constraint — "Friday doesn't work," "keep it walkable." Constraints sit beside the card and shape what the group settles on, and they only count once someone pins them. See what needs you — and what's already settled Open HeyGroop and you see the one thing waiting on you. It notifies you when a decision needs you — not when somebody typed. No feed, no counters, nothing engineered to keep you here. Open it once, deal with what needs you, and leave. No account to delete — no username, no password, no setup There is no sign-up. No email, no phone number, no password, no contact list to hand over. You invite people with a normal text message; they open the link, enter a name, and they're in. People you invite never pay. If you use more than one device, a 4-digit code pairs them. Your identity key moves between your own devices encrypted, relayed through our server as ciphertext we cannot read. See when everyone's actually free If you turn it on, HeyGroop reads your calendar as busy-or-free only — never titles, never details, never who you are meeting — so the group can find a time everyone is open. If you turn it on, live location is shared with that Groop's members only, while you are coordinating, with an off control always in view. It is deleted the moment you stop sharing. HeyGroop does not find venues, suggest places, or pick a spot for you — it shows who's where, and your group decides. Ultra-Private · no ads, no harvesting, never sold Every permission is opt-in, revocable, and scoped to a single Groop. Your identity key lives on your devices, encrypted, and never on our servers. You can delete your data from inside the app, in two taps — no email, no form, no waiting. Being plain about the part that is not private: your messages, decisions and constraints are stored on our servers in a form we can read, because that is what lets the Engine read a thread and propose anything at all. They travel over encrypted connections and are locked down by security rules, but they are not end-to-end encrypted. We would rather tell you that than let you assume otherwise. What it costs Creating Groops, chatting, pinning constraints and keeping the card by organizing it yourself is free, and stays free. What you pay for is the Engine. - Three free Engine runs to start. - Single — $4.99 for access to the Groop Decision Engine™ on one Groop for 90 days, with unlimited re-runs during that window. - Annual — $19.99 a year for the Engine on unlimited Groops. Prices are shown in your own currency and are set for your market, so they may differ from the figures above. Open it once. Decided.
