SweatLock: Workout App Lock
Earn screen time by workout
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Can't put the phone down? SweatLock turns movement into the only currency that matters — earn screen time by working out, then spend it on the apps you love.
[How it works]
· Work out, earn time: Pose detection counts push-ups, planks, squats and running in real time and converts them into a screen-time balance.
· Lock distracting apps: Pick the apps you overuse — social, video, games — and shield them in one tap.
· Unlock with balance: Open app → your balance is deducted and it's released, then auto re-locks when time is up.
· See your progress: Streaks, total workouts, per-app usage leaderboard, and weekly / monthly self-control reports.
[Why it works]
No harsh bans — just a quantified loop you actually want to follow. The movement is real, the time is earned with sweat, so you value it more.
[Private by design]
· All data stays on your device. No account, no upload, works fully offline.
[Who it's for]
· Anyone fighting phone addiction and wanting more focus
· People who need a game-like nudge to move
· Families setting healthy screen rules for their kids
