Formations now have two rows, front and back. The party screen says what each row faces and warns you when one person stands alone in the back. [Two-row formation] - The middle row is gone. Mercenaries you had in the middle now stand in the back, and saves carry over as they are - Enemies that hunt the back row pick one person there at random. If only one stands in the back, that person takes every hit, so the screen names them - Knights and monks in the front take hits meant for the back row. The front row shows how many you have - Tap a mercenary to move them to the other row. "Auto-arrange" places everyone by class - The board stays the same height however many stand in a row [Gear and relics] - "Auto-equip all" now splits gear by the power shown on screen. It counts gear mastery and race bonuses, serves your party first, and never makes a swap that lowers the party's total - Sell relics with repeated options in one go from the stash. The best one of each option and any worn relic stay, and relics to be sold are marked "Duplicate" [Growth guidance] - A mercenary who has reached their potential now says so on the growth card and lists "Ways to grow further": the Personal Trials (from floor 350; clearing stage 2 on floor 500 raises the cap to 118), an Abyss Rite (+20 potential), or combat training for ordinary mercenaries (wins on floor 41 and up). Only the ways that apply are shown - On floor 41 and up, the breakthrough line for ordinary mercenaries follows that floor's rules [Difficulty] - Auto-equip and the two-row formation make parties stronger, so enemies now grow faster from floor 126. Across many expeditions you should climb at about the same pace as before [App name] - The name under the home screen icon now follows your phone's language. Korean, Japanese and Traditional Chinese phones show the game's name in that language [Fixed] - With many relics, names in the trinket swap sheet were drawn over the neighboring row. The four named heroes locked out of the personal trials by their potential cap can now enter. [Fixed] - Baekri Hyang, Sylvaine, Fenmao and Serafina had a potential cap below the SS bar, so the personal trials never opened for them. A named hero now qualifies at their own cap, with no brand from the Abyssal Rite, and each pass still grants the unique title and look - The personal trial screen gave SS as the only way in. It now names the cap for named heroes too

Smoother battles on the high floors, and save codes now work for long-running games. [Fixed] - Around floor 250 with a party of six, the screen stuttered when several units were hit at once. On iPhone that dropped from more than twenty hitches a run to two - Battle art was being drawn from sources far larger than the size shown on screen. It now uses art sized for the view — the picture is unchanged - Battles heat the device less. Frame times hold steady through long runs on the high floors - "Create a code" failed with "save is too large" on long-running games. Codes you already wrote down still work - Auto-equip in the stash now serves your chosen party first. Benched mercenaries used to take gear from the ones you deploy

You can move a save between devices. Take a code and paste it on the other device, or export the save to a file and bring it back later. [Moving a save] - Exporting and importing a file works too. The tower has an end. Floor 999 holds its architect, and beating him closes the climb. The road there carries thirty-four journey chapters and eighteen floor lords standing every fifty floors, and an SS mercenary can pass a personal trial to earn a name of their own. The app now opens in Japanese and Traditional Chinese. [The end of the tower] - Ireon, the Architect of the Tower, stands on floor 999. Beat him and the climb closes with a completion screen and a way home. It used to say only that the tower goes on forever. Your records stay, and cleared floors remain replayable - A unique lord stands every fifty floors, eighteen in all, from Mortum the Funeral Bellringer on floor 150 to Arken the Anchor of Return on floor 950. Each has their own silhouette and their own reason to climb - Plus 2 more in the patch notes [The journey] - The Adventure tab has a Story entry. Twenty-one main chapters and thirteen character chapters, thirty-four in all, and you resume where you stopped - Every named hero has a reason to climb, and the scattered pieces of the world gather into the ending on floor 999 - Plus 3 more in the patch notes [Personal breakthrough] - An SS mercenary takes a personal trial on floors 350, 500, 750, and 900. The challenger and two companions, three in all - Each pass unlocks a look of their own: twenty-three for ordinary builds and fourteen for named heroes, thirty-seven in all. Other companies are climbing the tower. Look around a floor to meet one that wants your loot or one that sells help, and a company you meet comes back by name and face. The Mercs tab opens on your roster, with the stash beside it. [Encounters in the tower] - The result screen after a floor has a "Look around this floor" card: one look per floor, for 8 party fatigue. It shows on tower and abyss climbs, and Dungeon tab expeditions and boss bounties skip it - A look opens one of five outcomes. An empty floor gives nothing. Traces left by an earlier company hold a piece of gear and one or two soul embers, plus abyss shards and a 20% relic chance from floor 51. Ruins, from floor 51, awaken a talent in one party member. Ruins and trace relics come once per expedition - A hostile company demands your goods. "Hand over goods" gives up your latest piece of loot; "Stand and fight" starts a raid against them at 88% of the strength of the enemies that floor sent - Nobody dies in a raid, though injuries stay. Win to take a piece of gear they carried; lose and part of this expedition's loot goes with them. Raids pay no floor rewards, and if a loss leaves nobody fit to go on, the result screen sends you home - A friendly company sells help at the floor's gold reward. "Buy intel" opens full scouting of the next floor, and "Buy supplies" restores HP and fatigue like a camp without using one. A company you traded with last time takes 20% off - Plus 3 more in the patch notes [The Mercs tab] - The Mercs tab opens on your roster, with sub-tabs Roster, Stash, Recruit, and Staff. The base's Roster Status card, once the one way in, leads there too, and Recruit shows a badge for named heroes waiting - A "Ready N / M" line tops the roster, with chips for Healing, Need rest, Low morale, Missing gear, and Retiring soon when they apply. Tap a chip to list those mercenaries - Rows drop the six combat numbers and the ability score. Each row shows weeks left to heal, which no screen had before, and one status, most urgent first: fatigue, morale, retirement, missing gear. Sort and set-all schedules fold into "Sort ▾" and "Set all ▾" - The stash moved from the bottom of the mercenary detail, two items a page, to its own sub-tab: one scrolling list of gear someone can use, relics, and everything else - Tap "For [name] ›" on a recommended item for that mercenary's swap sheet. The pause used to run in real time, so at ×4 close to half the playback stood still - Several hits landing together share one pause, and crits and kills keep their own. Comrades in the same row give ATK and DEF +12%, once however many; rivals deployed together both gain +15% EXP; a mentor gives the junior +25% EXP; a feud in one party costs ATK and DEF −8%, 2 morale a week, and 6 in a week deployed together - The roster and party sheet show named heroes by short name (Kaiser, Mujin); the detail screen, dialogue, and codex keep the full name. On the English roster the role chip shrinks before a long name - The base's five portraits put your last expedition party first, then fill by power. Floors above 100 become generations that never end. Drakekin open, two named heroes arrive, the retired return, and retirement follows will, not age. [Generation tower] - Above floor 100, every 100 floors is a generation. The tower screen says "Floor 138 · Gen 2". Generations follow a formula, so there is no last floor: floor 500 and beyond follow the same rules - Enemies gain variants from twelve kinds: Ironhide, Vampiric, Haste, Volatile, Warded, Riposte, Corroding, Splitting, Regenerating, Executioner, Stealth, Berserk. One in Gen 2, two in Gen 3, three from Gen 4. Scouting shows them as chips; tap one for the counter. In battle the variant sits before the enemy's name and a warded hit shows "Nullified" - Plus 7 more in the patch notes [Two named heroes] - Izel Vargast arrives at floor 150. A drakekin elementalist of the Vargast bloodline who left the nest, went down to the tower's heart, and saw the recurring pact calling her blood. Her bond quest "Blood of the Elder Dragon" has two chapters, "Bloodline Unleashed" and "Severed Pact", with the Shadow of the Pact at the end - Ildarin arrives at floor 250. An elf mage who first noticed the tower repeats, climbing the same floors over a hundred times and writing every name and pact into a ledger. His bond quest "The Recurring Tower" has two chapters, "The Scribe" and "The Unclosing Page", with the Scribe of the Pact at the end - Plus 3 more in the patch notes [Drakekin] - Clearing floor 150 opens the Drakekin, a people from the dragon nest: knights, mages, warriors, and elementalists. HP +12%, defense +8%, attack +10%, damage taken −8%, speed −6%. One arrives in the next candidate refresh - A drakekin kin synergy steps up at two, three, and four, and applies to the battle multiplier - Plus 4 more in the patch notes [Corridor of Rebirth] - Bring back a retired mercenary. The Dungeon tab has the Corridor of Rebirth: pick a departed soul, offer the same materials as a revive, and face the shadow of the person you raised across three stages. Staff can be called too, and step down from their post when they return - The further you go, the more they keep: back to 16 to 20 years old, one past-life trait of your choice, and potential from their record - Plus 3 more in the patch notes [Retirement by will] - The age cliff is gone. Each mercenary has 5 to 10 years of will; an active year costs 0, ordinary 1, bad 2. Work outside the tower: gather materials, bring back the fallen, and fight one boss a week. [Material dungeon] - The Dungeon tab has a material dungeon: a short three-stage climb scaled to your best floor. Stage 1 is ten floors below it, stage 2 five below, and stage 3 your best floor with its guards and boss - No mutations, gold, or gear; only materials. The stages give one, two, and two soul embers, and the stage 3 boss drops a legend ember - Withdraw between stages to keep what you earned; a wipe loses it all. Fatigue, injury, and death work as in the tower - Tickets stack up to three and one refills every two hours. Entering spends one [Bring back the fallen] - The material dungeon screen lists your fallen under the stock, with the Revive button right there (the Hall of Fame has the same card). It costs five soul embers; named heroes cost ten plus two legend embers - The death screen now says how to bring them back and links to the material dungeon - They return with stats, gear, and record intact, injured for four weeks. Relationships start over - Once per mercenary. A revived mercenary who falls again does not return - Mercenaries who fell before this update are rebuilt from their Hall of Fame entry: no gear, stats rerolled [Weekly raid] - The Dungeon tab has a weekly raid: every Monday one of the five floor bosses steps up and you watch a single fight against it - The boss is scaled to your party: HP is 6.5 times your party's total, and its attack and defense follow your party too, so early guilds can raid and the lineup decides the score - Your score is the share of the boss's HP you take down within three minutes; a kill adds a time bonus, up to 1,500 points - It is a mock fight: roster, gold, and the week do not move. Attack animations are back in battle. [Attack animations are back] - In 1.6.3 mercenaries slid into the enemy without changing pose. The ten-frame swings, draws and casts play again - Motion sheets are fetched on the scouting screen, before battle opens, so the first attack no longer plays without its animation on slower devices - While the art is still arriving, each mercenary shows their own idle pose instead of a blocky silhouette - Health bars flashed full for an instant as battle began. They now show carried-over health from the first frame [Lighter] - Small portraits in the roster, formation and recruit lists were drawing the full-size battle art. The game opens in your device's language. [Starts in your device's language] - The app opened in Korean wherever it was installed. It now reads the device and browser language: Korean if that is Korean, English for everything else - A language you already picked stays picked, so updating never undoes your choice in Settings [No stand-in art before the real art] - A blocky silhouette flashed in place of the title trio and the mercenary portraits while their art was still arriving. That space now stays empty until the real picture is ready - The silhouette holds the place only when the art fails to arrive at all [Heat and battery] - The battle results screen kept the device working for as long as you left it open. It settles and stops now - Muting the game left it synthesising background music you could not hear. The audio engine sleeps with it - The expedition badge on the bottom tab bar blinked without end, redrawing the whole bar every frame. It blinks three times and stops

In bond quests, the mercenary speaks first. [Bond quests now carry dialogue] - Before the fight and after you win it, the character speaks. An illustration comes with the lines, and tapping the screen moves one line at a time - While the contract holds them, the portrait sinks into shadow. It clears once they are free - All four named heroes have both chapters written. A line you have read does not come back, and one tap skips the rest [You can see which chapter you are in] - A bond quest runs across two chapters. Preparation, scouting, battle and results all say which one you are in - Winning in the dungeon used to report "Floor 55 cleared". Bond quests sit outside the tower, and they move neither floor rewards nor your highest floor [Humans got stronger] - Human combat classes gain 6% to every stat. At the same potential and the same gear they sat at 73~86% of a specialist race, and now they land near 88% - Priest and Taoist are unchanged. Only humans can take those two, so there was never a choice to make there - Specialist races still lead in their own classes. An elf mage, a beastkin rogue and a dwarf knight are worth the same as before [Fixed] - A save that inherited a conquest record from an earlier guild is repaired when it loads. Those saves opened floor-lord bounties right after floor 50, carried titles that were never earned, and skipped the story from floor 60 on

An expedition frozen by updating mid-battle can move again. [Expeditions that were stuck] - If the 1.6.0 update landed while a battle was in progress, pressing "Victory! View results" did nothing and that expedition could go no further. Reopening the app picks it up where it stopped - A party of six showed only five members on the results screen [Saves from before 1.6.0] - Saves made before 1.6.0 stayed on the old rules, so camping and the party status panel never showed up. You now pick Standard or Hard once, when you open the game - The rule you pick cannot be changed for that save, the same as at founding - If you closed the app during an expedition, the question waits until that expedition ends - Settings tells you when you will be asked [The staff screen] - Staff roles were covered by the standby list, so the scout role never appeared. The list scrolls to the end now [Fixed] - The deployment check dropped its low-morale line when four states overlapped, and the line it dropped was the one warning you - The base weekly summary counted full wages while injured members are paid half, so it showed more than what leaves your purse - Combat power and stats in lists and detail pages rated tired members higher than the battle does. Those are the numbers you read when choosing who to send - Equipment cards showed the same drifted combat power delta - A new guild inherited the previous guild's abyss record: the conquest mark, its titles, and the floor 60, 70 and 80 stories it had already seen - You could let go of a member who was out on an expedition, and that expedition carried on one short - Upgrading lodging during an expedition added camps to the run in progress. One climb is now one expedition. You carry your wounds to the next floor and choose where to stop. [The climb changed] - Pick a difficulty when you found the company. The game calls it the climb rule: Standard or Hard. The choice stands for that save - Standard gives two camps, 20% health per camp, 3% per floor, and keeps half the haul after a wipe. Hard gives one camp, 11% per camp, 1% per floor, and keeps 30% - Clearing a floor no longer refills the party. Every floor used to start with full health. Now you climb wounded and get a small part back each floor - After a floor you choose to climb, camp, or return. The lodging and infirmary raise your camp count, and a healer recovers more at camp - A wipe costs you part of the haul. Come back alive and you keep all of it [New] - Five sub-zones rotate from floor 101. The old build clamped to the last one, so every boss wore the same face up to floor 250 - The Heart of the Abyss has its own cast: the Void Blade, the Devoured Climber, the Abyss Priest, the Core Warden, all under Nebrion the True Body. Goblins and slimes used to fill half that escort - Four named mercenaries join, bringing the roster to twelve. Vespera Noct the abyssal knight opens at floor 55, Brin Copperlock the dwarf archer at 60, Yeoncheong the taoist at 70, Rask Winterbane the beastkin warrior at 80 - All four arrive through a bond quest in the Dungeon, told in two chapters. They never appear in the ordinary recruit offers - Each carries a nemesis: Vespera against Nebrion, Brin against Grakka, Yeoncheong against Makri Hyeol, Rask against Granz. Bring them to that floor and they speak - A mercenary who falls in battle gets their own screen. That death used to be one line in a folded page - Retirement now has a farewell screen. You learn before a climb who retires this year, and they keep their portrait in the staff list [Now visible] - A sheet picks your target floor. Dropping from floor 312 to 62 took 250 taps. It takes three now - Synergies show the percentage they give and who filled the condition. They only announced themselves before - Read the death risk as a percentage before you depart, and watch it fall as the infirmary rises - A recruit's badge measures potential. It measured current ability before, so cards read D 90.6% of the time against a true D rate of 6.7% - Raise the scouts to find better raw talent. Raise renown and several apply for one slot, so the better one stays - Settings tells you which climb rule your save runs on. Saves from before 1.5.0 keep the old rule and can move over - Battle skip opens only on floors you already cleared. A first attempt plays out - Nemesis lines carry the name of the boss standing on that floor - Plus 1 more in the patch notes [Fixed] - Carrying health between floors erased light damage. A well-built party lost a fifth of what it took at floor 20 - The battle screen threw away carried health and drew a full bar every time - The screen and the actual stats read two different synergy rules. A Dungeon opens, named mercenaries meet their nemesis, and party setup finishes on one screen. [New] - A Dungeon tab sits at the bottom of the screen. Echo bounties moved out of the Tower and live here. Facilities open from the Base - Conquer floor 100 and echo bounties open. Pick Grakka, Makri Hyeol, or Kaiser, take the party limit and the oath, and climb again - Named mercenaries now have a nemesis. Baekri Hyang is bound to Makri Hyeol of the Blood Sword Clan, Kaiser von Arnheim to Duke Granz. Bring them to that floor and they speak, and they speak again the first time they win - Party setup happens on one screen. Build the formation where you pick the members, and a party saved under a name carries its formation. Load it and everyone stands where you left them - Floor risk, mutations, relics, and abyss contracts moved to a Floor tab. The setup screen only sets up the party [Now visible] - Recruit cards show a candidate's traits and talents. Tap a chip for the description, and read their age and potential range alongside - The codex carries all thirteen traits, split into common, named-only, and drawbacks - Read a named mercenary's background on the recruit card and in their detail, along with who their nemesis is and which floors they stand on - Mercenary detail no longer cuts information off screen. The five stats, morale and fatigue, traits, talents, bonds, and awakening history are back - The "back to base map" row at the top of every base screen is gone, and the mercenary's own name and role took that space. On a short screen like an iPhone SE the reading area is four times larger - Power now breaks into offense, durability, and healing on a bar. Tap to read why power and ability move differently - The party sheet shows fatigue and ability where you choose, so you never leave the screen - Awakening from a real breakthrough is written into that mercenary's record [Fixed] - Power leaned too far toward offense and undervalued frontline guardians. Durability now counts four times as much, so a guardian's power rises about a third and the gap to a healer halves - Gear recommendations looked only at power and pushed crit gear onto frontline tanks. They pick by role fit now - Mercenary names repeated too soon. Names are composed from parts now, and the Korean and English names point at the same person - Text bled above and below the tab row in mercenary detail, and the portrait did not come back when you changed tabs - Front, mid, and back rows lined up like a staircase in battle. Each row centers on itself now - Ordinary recruits could roll named-only traits. Unbreakable, Prodigy, and Ironhide belong to named heroes again - Reframed the face position on twenty-four mercenary portraits - Trimmed the tower screen where it repeated itself and the roster rows where chips crowded [Still open] - Floor 250 is the last one built for this version. Climb past it if you like, and the next floors arrive in a later update - Speed still scales power heavily. Raising durability reduced its share, but the structure is unchanged

Telling us about a bug used to take more work than it should. [Send Feedback] - Settings now has Send Feedback. It opens your mail app with the version, device and your progress already filled in - Read it over, edit anything you would rather not send, then send it yourself. The app sends nothing on its own - Bug reports no longer have to go in a review [New version notice] - When a new version ships, the base screen tells you. One tap takes you to the App Store - Dismiss it and that version stays quiet Thanks to everyone who reported through reviews. The cropped screen came to us that way.

Your guild now speaks English. [English support] - Every line in the app, plus the names of all 72 mercenaries and 8 named heroes - Switch between Korean and English any time in Settings [Urgent fix] - On some devices (iOS 26) the bottom of the screen was cut off, which left buttons like Return to Base and Upgrade out of reach. Sorry to anyone this blocked - On those same devices the app left a black band below the interface. They now show in full - On the same card the Squad Status label sat behind the portraits.
