Free
Fast attendance, roster, training, and parents for sports schools. Free pitch app; club accounting on the web panel.
Sporspec is attendance and management software for sports schools and clubs. Free pitch app for coaches, parents, and admins in one club.
Coaches take attendance in seconds. Parents see whether their child is at training today. Admins run roster, groups, calendar, and invites from one place. Replace WhatsApp groups, Excel, and forgotten lists with a clear pitch rhythm.
WHO IT’S FOR
• Sports school and academy admins
• Coaches (attendance, roster, sport branches, assessments, calendar)
• Parents (join via invite code; child’s day, announcements, and dues)
WHAT YOU DO
• Create your club for free or join with an invite code
• Assign sport branches to groups (football, basketball, volleyball, swimming, and more)
• Today screen: session, attendance pulse, and announcements
• Offline attendance; syncs when you leave the hall
• Monthly attendance summary: pick month and group, share or print PDF
• Club announcements and direct messages
• Push notifications for training and club updates
• Roster and groups; coach and parent invites (code / link)
• Training calendar and reminders
• On-pitch assessments: observation, branch-specific skill scores, physical tests, game knowledge
• Dues tracking (admin and parent views)
• Club website / school showcase: contact, location, sports branches, and a registration CTA — published at sporspec.net/okullar, managed from the web panel
HOW TO START
1. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email
2. “Create my school” or “I have an invite”
3. Open your first group, pick a sport branch, add athletes, invite parents
4. Take attendance from Today
FREE MEANS FREE
No in-app purchases. Small schools can stay free.
Dues tracking is available on Mobile Lite; parents see open balances. Club accounting (dues, income and expense entries, period summaries and reports) and the school website showcase live on the web command panel at sporspec.net. Development reports and facility booking open on paid packs (mobile + web); they are not “missing”. Pricing: sporspec.net/pricing. Mobile is the pitch; web is club command.
PRIVACY & DATA
