Truestreak: Urge & Habit Coach

Streak, blocker & urge help

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.

A streak that never resets behind your back, a blocker that actually blocks, and real help the moment an urge hits. No account, nothing leaves your phone. Truestreak helps you break free from compulsive habits and rebuild your focus, built on three promises: a genuinely useful free tier (not a trial), billing that goes through Apple only (cancel anytime in Settings), and total privacy (no account, no tracking, nothing leaves your phone, no server for anyone to breach). Quitting is hard enough without the app working against you. Truestreak is calm, honest, and on your side. FREE FOREVER - Your clean streak and a real calendar, front and center. It never silently resets: a slip is something you log, on purpose, and your history is always kept. - The panic button: when an urge hits, one tap opens a guided breathing timer, your reasons to quit, and your own emergency plan. Usable in seconds. - Core lessons on why urges happen and how the reboot works. - A content blocker that actually blocks known relapse-trigger sites in Safari, on by default. - A shame-free way back after a slip, instead of a punishing reset to zero. - Daily check-in reminders that actually arrive. TRUESTREAK PRO - The full 90-day reboot program: a lesson and a small action every day. - Advanced blocking: add your own sites and keywords, and a scheduled strict mode for your risk hours. - Insights: your triggers, your risky times of day, your progress over time. - Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, a Live Activity clean-time counter, and an Apple Watch app with the panic button on your wrist. WHY TRUESTREAK - No account, no sign-up, no cloud. Your streak and journal live on your device. The biggest apps in this space have leaked their users' most private data; Truestreak has no server to leak. - Honest billing. One clear price, shown up front, no fake urgency, no maze of tiers. Apple notifies you before a trial converts, and cancelling takes two taps in Settings. - The free tier is real. The streak, the panic toolkit, and the default blocker are free forever. Truestreak is a general digital-wellbeing and habit-change tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition and is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional. Truestreak Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual); a one-time lifetime unlock is also offered. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Title, length, and price are shown on the purchase screen before you buy. The Truestreak name now appears everywhere: in the app, on Apple Watch, in widgets, and in the Safari blocker. Small fixes and polish.
