Yum Partners
Take orders and run your shop
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Run your shop on Yum Express: accept orders, set serving hours, create offers on any product and get help from our team, all from your phone.
Yum Express Partner is the app for restaurants, grocery shops and event organisers selling on Yum Express.
It is built for the counter, not the desk. Orders arrive like a phone call, your catalogue is a few taps away, and you can see what you have earned without opening a laptop.
ORDERS YOU CANNOT MISS
A new order takes over the screen and rings until you answer it, so nothing slips past in a rush. Swipe once to start preparing, swipe again when it is ready and the order goes out to riders. Every order carries the customer, the items, the total and the delivery address, plus a live map once a rider is on the way.
If you cannot fulfil an order, decline it with a reason and the refund is raised for you.
YOUR SHOP, YOUR HOURS
Edit your menu or your shelves from your phone. Add products with photos, prices and variants, group them into your own categories, and mark an item unavailable the moment you run out. Set the hours customers can order from you, and manage every branch and pickup point you run.
Restaurants and grocery shops each get the workflow that fits. Grocers pack and go. Kitchens get a preparing step.
KNOW WHERE YOU STAND
The dashboard opens on what needs you now: orders waiting, revenue across the last seven days, payouts still to come, and stock that is low or already out. Your best sellers are there too, so you can see what is actually moving.
FOR EVENT ORGANISERS
Switch to the organiser portal and run your events in the same app. Publish events and dates, set your ticket tiers, and assign staff to scan tickets at the gate. Watch tickets sold and check-ins as they happen, and read the settlement statement for every show.
WHAT YOU NEED
A Yum Express partner account. Accounts are issued by our team, so contact Yum Express if you are not selling with us yet.
Yum Express is a food, grocery and events marketplace operating in Tanzania. Prices and payouts are in Tanzanian Shilling.

What's new in 1.0.7
• Offers on any product – the offer form now lists every product you sell, with search and menu sections. Discount a whole section at once, save an offer as a draft, and the end date now includes the whole last day.
• Serving hours for each product – open a product's menu and choose Serving hours to sell it only at breakfast, lunch, dinner or your own times, on the days you pick. Customers see "Available from…" outside those hours.
• Assistance that answers back – when you ask for help you get a request number and know the support team has been told. Their replies now appear in the app, and you can reply straight away.
• Yum Grocery products – a new Add product button lets you create your own product or ask our team to add catalogue items to your list.
• Changes reach customers instantly – new prices, offers and serving hours show in the customer app straight away.
• Bug fixes and improvements.
