Run the whole charter from your phone — inquiries, quotes, contracts, crew, provisioning and the day itself. Yacht OS is the operations system for yacht charter companies. It holds the whole job in one place: an inquiry arrives, becomes a quote priced off the boat's own rate card, becomes a contract the charterer signs from a link, becomes a charter day with a crew, a provisioning list and a fuel bill — and finally a debrief with the guests' feedback. • Pipeline — every inquiry from first message to post-charter, with the stage each one is really at. • Quotes — priced from each vessel's own model: durations, menus, bar packages, extras, crew rules and taxes. • Contracts — generated, sent, signed online, and filed against the booking. • Fleet — vessels, particulars, availability and owner blocks. • Crew — who is aboard, what they are paid, tips and payroll. • Inventory and expenses — what is on the boat, what it cost, what is owed. • Notifications — the phone buzzes when a contract is signed or a deposit lands, not when a newsletter goes out. Yacht OS is a tool for charter operators' staff. Accounts are created by your company's administrator; there is no public sign-up, and the app requires a network connection.
