Connect Apple Health to review available measurements such as steps, active calories, sleep, heart rate and weight. Explore your trends over time and keep your daily wellness information in one place.
Make meals easier
Log what you eat, estimate calories and macros from a meal photo, and review your food journal. Get ideas for what to cook from your ingredients and preferences. Nutrition values are estimates, and you can review and edit your entries.
Keep moving
Plan a workout, log a session and look back at your training alongside your activity trends. Tell Altair what you did or what you want to do next.
Make it personal
Choose the context you share. Ask Altair to remember a preference, review it before saving, and manage or clear saved memories in Settings. AI and voice features require your permission and an internet connection.
Altair+
Altair offers free daily AI messages and optional Altair+ subscriptions for a higher daily message allowance. Eligible subscribers can try the monthly plan free for 7 days. Available plans and prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled; manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
Altair is for adults aged 18 and over. It provides general wellness information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. AI answers and nutrition estimates can be inaccurate. Apple Health summaries depend on the data available and the permissions you grant.
