Your notes, beside the transcript. While you record, type in the Note field above Stop: each note lands at the moment you started typing. Mark a moment with one tap: Important, Decision, or Follow-up. In a saved transcript, touch and hold a line > Add Note; on iPad, your notes have a column of their own. Summaries follow your notes as their outline and quote them word for word. Made for iPhone Duo. Stand it half open while you record: the words sit above the fold and the recorder below, with room for the keyboard when you type a note. Open it flat: your words on one screen, your notes or a summary on the other. Find and Replace: tap the arrow beside the search field to fix a misheard name everywhere at once, and every line keeps Revert to original. Save the fix for a word Apunte keeps getting wrong, and review mode points it out next time. Review mode now marks every number, and flags a note whose number differs from what was said around it. Naming speakers is quicker: in Select mode, the names sit in the bar, so tap the lines, then a name, and Select stays on until you tap Done. Talk Time shows who spoke how much, and Show Only shows one speaker's lines. Summaries appear part by part as they're made, and they're kept: close one and it's there the next time you open Summary. Regenerate makes a new one. They no longer show stray ** marks or dashes, and summaries you've made still open if Premium ends. If Apple Intelligence's model isn't on your iPhone, the summary says what to check instead of "still downloading," and starts by itself once the model is ready. Quick note: add Record with Apunte to Control Center, or set the Action button to it. One press opens Apunte and starts recording (after Face ID on a locked iPhone), and the next stops and saves it. Transcribe in Apunte: share one or several recordings from Voice Memos, and Apunte transcribes them the next time you open it. If Live Activities are off for Apunte, Settings says so and takes you to the switch, so a recording shows its timer on the Lock Screen. Long transcripts play back smoothly. And if Apunte closes in the middle of a recording, the recording and your notes come back the next time it opens.
