New: turn the chords off. Tune → Chords → Off gives you a clean lyric sheet, for singers and anyone who only needs the words. Better key detection. SongCharter now reads the whole song to work out its key instead of just the first chord, so a song in A minor that opens on C is no longer called C major. Zoom moved out of the Tune panel and onto the toolbar, where you can see the page while you change it. It steps one size at a time now, and the title bar no longer grows with the chart - which gives long songs a page back. Name a section from a list instead of typing it, and add your own note to any section: half time, quiet, build. It prints once, at the bottom. Fixed: a deleted song could come back.

BRING THE WHOLE BOOK Pick every ChordPro or text file at once and they all come in together — a library of hundreds in one go instead of one file at a time. Leaving another app just got a lot shorter. PASTE A CHORD-SITE LINK A link to a chord page comes across as a clean chart: no ads, no ratings line, no paragraph about somebody's strumming pattern. If a page arrives messy, SongCharter says so and offers to clear the tablature or the commentary out in one tap. CHARTS THAT READ RIGHT Tablature keeps its shape instead of folding in half, a chord landing mid-word no longer splits the word, and minor keys finally say minor. Your artist names now travel with your songs across devices.

YOUR SONGS, ON EVERY DEVICE iCloud sync is here. Songs, sets, keys, capos, and edits mirror across your iPhone and iPad automatically - no buttons, no export. Included with the one-time unlock. SMARTER PAGES Charts now choose two columns whenever that saves page turns, and they read like a printed songbook - left column fills first, sections flow across the fold. The Pages knob also reaches smaller type now, so a five-page song can play from two. AND THE DETAILS Key and capo at a glance next to the title, a cleaner Tune panel, roomier editors on iPad, and section renames that show up the moment you make them.

Sing your idea in. Audio ideas are here. Tap Audio idea, sing or play what's in your head, and SongCharter writes the words down - on your device, never uploaded. The recording is saved the moment you stop, and the words come back as lyrics you can edit and turn into a real chart. Also in this update: • An Ideas tab in your library - your song sketches, ready to become charts • A cleaner editor for any song's words (Edit → Plain text) • Add an artist to any song

Better chart reading: jazz chords (△, aug), repeat marks, and directions like (D.S. al Fine) now come through as playable, transposable chords. Song titles and artist names on the page land in the right place instead of the lyrics. Performance notes print dimmed, so you never sing one. Very dense pages now say so plainly instead of cutting off quietly. And unlocking is always one tap away — a new Unlock everything row lives at the bottom of your library, with Restore purchase beside it.
