Fixes for the things that lost what you said. Recording no longer stops when the screen locks. Lock the phone mid-meeting, put it on the table, and it keeps going. Until now iOS suspended the app the moment the screen went dark, and the recording ended where it stood. Your Apple Watch keeps what it heard. watchOS takes an app away when your wrist drops and no app can ask it not to, so the recording is now saved on the way out instead of thrown away. The Watch screen says to keep it on while you talk, and anything longer than a few sentences belongs on the phone, which does keep running with the screen locked. Tap the answers instead of saying them. After a note, the questions about who it was with and what to do with it take a tap as well as a voice reply. Tapping while it was still speaking used to do nothing at all. Meetings wait longer for quiet. A meeting now waits a minute before it stops itself and offers a button to carry on. A dictated note still stops after fifteen seconds. Start a recording on your iPhone from your Watch, for when the phone is the better microphone. The bottom of every list is reachable again. The tab bar was covering the last row, including the upgrade button on Meetings. A Watch that claimed to be full when it was not now checks properly, and stops early and keeps what it has if the disk really is running out.

Your notes now keep what you owe. To-dos, said out loud. Say "to-do, send Ryan the pricing sheet tomorrow" while you record, and it lands on your list with the day you said. Say "urgent to-do" and it says so. Say "done, Ryan" and it is ticked off. A date is only filled in when what you said leaves no room for doubt. Nothing is invented. Every to-do says why it is there. It carries the sentence it came from, and one tap opens the meeting or note behind it. Today. A daily brief of what is overdue, what is due today, what a meeting offered that you have not answered yet, and what is still open. Everything on it opens the thing it came from, and finishing something updates it as you go. Your phone can tell you when it is ready, if you want it to. no numbers in the notification, and nothing on a morning with nothing owed. Apple Reminders, if you want it. Your to-dos can also appear in a Reminders list, so you can tick them off from the Watch, the car or a widget. It is off until you switch it on, and it is the one thing in vabletNotes that leaves the phone. It goes to your iCloud, not to us. On your wrist. See what is owed on Apple Watch and finish something without taking your phone out. Your day, if you allow it. Today can show your calendar alongside your list, with the notes and open to-dos you already have for the people you are meeting. Read on the device, never stored, never sent anywhere. Everything else works if you say no. Notes now lead the app, and the follow-up reminders open the meeting they are about. As always: no account, no meeting bot, no vabletNotes server. Your meetings are recorded, transcribed and written up on your own device.

Apple Watch Record a note from your wrist. It stops when you stop talking and taps to tell you, so you never have to touch the Watch — and your iPhone writes it up on device, the same way it does everything else. Nothing leaves the two of them. Say "Hey Siri, open vabletNotes" and it starts recording. Notes that came out as lists Say "create a to-do list" and you get a list. Spoken numbering — "one… two… three" — becomes the items, without the numbers. And a new setting, Light, Medium or Max, decides how much a note is reorganised at all. The follow-up email Timing is repeated in your own words: "the second week of October" stays a week rather than becoming a date. What the customer agreed to is no longer written as though you had done it. Sign-offs and spacing are fixed. Everywhere else One screen after a recording instead of two. Attached files show the names you gave them. Who was in a meeting is asked after you have read the notes, not before. And you can change the meeting type or attach a file at any point up to the follow-up going out.
