• More control over notifications Get notified about every message in your channels by default. Use “Notify me about all messages” in Settings → Notifications to change all channels at once, or use the switch below a channel’s member list to change just that channel. Your latest change takes priority. Channel notification preferences sync across your iPhones. Your own messages never notify you, and the channel switch is disabled while the channel is muted. DMs, muted channels, and archived channels are unaffected by the global setting. • Smarter notification coverage If you belong to more channels than the server’s notification limit allows (currently 256), Buzz prioritizes channels you explicitly enabled, followed by the most recently active channels, then the rest. Buzz automatically follows future increases to the server limit. • Easier channel creation A Create channel button now stays available at the bottom of the form. You can also tap the + beside the Channels heading to open the form, or use the existing + on Home. • Easier direct messaging The Open DM button is back above the people list. Select at least one person to enable it. If the conversation fails to open, the error now appears beside the button.

Bug fixes and improvements: - Chat and DM lists, unread state, Activity, names, photos and online status now show up right away. In 1.0.3 they took 20 to 30 seconds. - Late banners now show the real message. - Invite links, QR codes and buzz:// links work even when Buzz was fully closed. - A muted channel no longer notifies you on an @mention. - Channel banners now show the channel name, like "Alex in #general". - Replies in a thread you started will notify you and open that thread. This is not live yet. It starts once the Buzz server is updated, so please do not report it as a bug until then.
