Burnout: Quit Smoking & Vaping

Stop smoking, vaping and snus

Every cigarette you don't smoke lands in a pile you can push, shake and pack into cartons. When a craving hits, press and hold, and ride it out together. Every cigarette you don't smoke lands in a pile on Home. Drag a finger to push it, swipe fast to shake it, and watch the next one drop in at the time it is due. Tap Pack them and the loose ones sort into packs of twenty, then cartons. For a pack-a-day smoker, forty days is eight hundred cigarettes. THE PILE The count comes from what you used to smoke and the hours since your last one, so it grows while you sleep. A vape fills it with pods, pouches with cans. Tap any pack or carton to see what it saved and which days earned it. WANT ONE RIGHT NOW? Press and hold the craving card and Burnout rides it out with you: a countdown, a breath to follow, and one line that says whether the craving is building, at its peak or easing off. Let go early and it still counts. Hold to the end and one more cigarette drops into the pile, and the card adds it to the cravings you have beaten. For a harder one, the craving room is a tap away: breathe on a set count, sit with a clock until the pull drops, read back the reasons you wrote in your own words, or spend ten minutes on small errands. None of it sits behind a price. YOUR RISKY HOURS Burnout learns when your cravings come — the first coffee, after lunch, the evening — and draws today as a strip with those hours raised. Open one for a short plan. Before you have logged anything it starts from the common windows and says so. YOUR BODY, ORGAN BY ORGAN Progress shows lungs, heart, brain, circulation, skin and gums, each with its own stage and percentage, each on the curve its own evidence supports: circulation improving across two to twelve weeks, coughing and wheezing easing over three to nine months. Nothing here runs ahead of what is known. THE RECOVERY TIMELINE Twenty minutes. Twelve hours. Then day one and day three, week one, week two, month one, month three, half a year, a year, five years, ten, fifteen. Every milestone arrives with the body that publishes it: NHS, WHO, CDC, the US Surgeon General's report. Where they disagree — and on the heart at one year they do — you get the range, never the number that sounds best. Each one you pass becomes a badge. ONE QUIT, NOT THREE Cigarettes, a vape, pouches, snus, dip: tick what you actually use and Burnout counts it all on one clock. Stop today, or build a ramp that walks your daily count to zero by a day you choose. Both are real quitting. A SLIP NEVER ERASES PROGRESS Log one and it marks today's row. Nothing leaves the pile, every smoke-free day you logged still counts, your longest run stays on the record, and the comeback can start the same evening. ALSO INSIDE · A warm screen that follows the hour: amber in the morning, violet at night · The money you kept, at the top of Home every day · A day-by-day calendar of your whole record · A recovery score built from four measured parts · Reminders you set yourself, and one export file that carries it all to your next phone · No account and no sign-up: it starts counting the minute you open it · 26 languages, from English and Spanish to Japanese, Arabic and Hindi BURNOUT PRO Pro lets you name what the money is for — a week in Lisbon, a deposit — and shows that goal under the pile as the cartons it takes. It also adds the ninety-day projection for each organ, the journal, home-screen widgets, your milligrams of nicotine week by week, the weight and symptom logs, the whole money picture, and every day of history behind the last thirty. Monthly, yearly, or one payment that ends it. The pile, the craving card and room, your risky hours, the timeline, the milestones and the running total cost nothing and stay that way. Burnout is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Talk to your doctor about stopping, particularly if you take medication or use nicotine replacement.
