• New accounts get all of Plus free for their first 14 days. • Faster translation in every language. • Hugs and hellos: tap to tell someone you're thinking of them, or hold for a hug, love, sorry, checking in, good morning, good afternoon or good night. No reply needed. • Calls: filter by Incoming and Outgoing, beside All and Missed. • An empty Chats screen now puts your QR code and Add by phone number first. • When you invite someone from your contacts, the SMS and WhatsApp buttons no longer squeeze their name. • Choosing your country: Thailand is at the top, and in its place from A to Z. • Decode reads the words in a photo more reliably, shows one Reading line with Cancel, and tells you plainly when a photo can't be read. Decode now takes photos only. • Share a picture from another app and read it in Decode. • A cleaner photo and video viewer: Reply, Forward, Save and Share sit in one bar, with Translate for photos. • A new, calmer bar takes you back to a call in progress. • Plus for both of you: choosing who gets the second seat is clearer, and when the seat is free they get Plus straight away. • Voice notes and reading photos are more reliable. • Your story opens on the first tap, even right after you open the app. • The chat header keeps the line under the name on one line, and the explain helper only offers to explain your own words. • nitnoi is now open to everyone 13 and older, or the higher age your country sets. • The reminder to update the app works again. • Also: choose your main chat, crop and zoom your profile photo, and see the right caller name on iPhone calls.

Faster Decoder voice translation and read-aloud, with improved listening and recovery. Russian and Turkish join Thai and Vietnamese for translation. This update also improves LINE-connected chats, AI Studio, photo sharing and navigation, and includes fixes for the Apple Watch companion.

Studio is new. Turn a photo into a Thai mural, a Polaroid or a pencil sketch, change the light, sky or what's behind you, or put the two of you in one picture. It opens from any photo in a chat, one you're about to send, or your story. Free includes 3 edits a day. You can now find someone by their full phone number and ask to talk. Nothing connects until they accept, and you can turn it off in Settings. Not on nitnoi yet? Write them a first message, and they read it in their own language. Decode gets Deep, our most careful translation, and tones for your own words: sweet, playful, formal or sorry. It reads the words in a photo or video too. Also: albums of up to 30 photos and videos, HD with Plus, forwarding, swipe to reply, chat backgrounds, sending a place, sharing from other apps, disappearing messages, Face ID for locked chats, your data in one ZIP, and plan changes in the app.

Khurak is now nitnoi. Same app, same account, every conversation exactly where you left it. What changed is the name, the icon and a calmer palette throughout. Opening an invite now takes you straight into the conversation, with no step in between asking who you are adding.
