Clock in with the kiosk QR code, see your hours as they build, and check your payslip the moment it is issued. Nexuma is the employee app for companies that run Nexuma HR. It is not a public service: your employer provides the account, and everything you see is your own record. WHAT YOU CAN DO Attendance Start and end your shift by scanning the kiosk QR code. The app shows what counts and what does not — breaks, meetings, training — and tells you plainly why scanning is closed when it is: you are on leave, the shift has not opened yet, or no schedule has been assigned. Pay Every payslip in full: gross, tax, pension, health insurance, and the net that reaches your account. The figures reconcile in front of you, and anything the app cannot name is shown as its own line rather than hidden. The annual report gathers a whole year into one page — the numbers a bank or an embassy asks for. Leave and requests Send a leave request, a time correction, or a general request, and follow it through the same list until someone decides. Your remaining days are always visible. Messages Talk to colleagues one to one or in groups. Voice messages, photos, replies, reactions. Report or block anything that does not belong. Your file Contracts, certificates, warnings, projects, and your own details — in one place, openable from the phone. THREE LANGUAGES Albanian, English and German. Change it in Settings; the app follows your phone's language until you choose. WHAT NEXUMA DOES NOT DO It does not read your location. It does not show ads or track you across other apps. It does not read your contacts, calendar or photo library — the gallery opens only when you pick a profile photo. Fol me kolegët, hap dosjen tënde, shih orarin.
