Avatar AI is an iPhone app where you talk with AI companions. They answer in character, they remember what you tell them, and they will send you a photo from wherever the story has taken you.
THE SIXTEEN
Eight women, eight men, all original, all written by hand. The boulangerie girl in Paris who saves you the last pain au chocolat and calls it a coincidence. The Swedish deckhand who says ten words a day and checks three weather apps. The barista in Seoul who has been spelling your name wrong for six weeks on purpose. Each one arrives with a photo, a backstory you can open inside the chat, and a first line written for them.
HOW A CHAT ACTUALLY GOES
• Replies come back in character and stream in as they are written.
• They remember the conversation, so something you said last week can surface tonight.
• Seven message modes change how a companion writes: Standard, Quick, Conversational, Long-text, Cinematic, Dramatic, Romantic.
• If a reply lands wrong, swipe sideways for a different one, or ask for a new one.
• Suggest writes your next line in your own voice when you cannot find it. Edit it before you send.
PHOTOS FROM THE SCENE
Ask for a photo and you get one from where the two of you actually are: the rooftop at blue hour, the van parked by the beach. Or describe the shot you want and they take that one instead.
TELL THEM WHO YOU ARE
Write a persona: your name, what you do, what you are like. The companion talks to that person instead of to nobody in particular. Keep as many personas as you want.
BUILD ONE YOURSELF
Name, age, photo, tagline, description, greeting, example dialogue, tags. Keep them to yourself, or publish them and let other people meet them.
START WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
Open the app as a guest and everything you write is kept. It follows you into your account when you sign in. No ads, no third-party analytics, no tracking. Delete account in Settings clears your chats and your characters straight away.
ALL OF IT IS FICTION
Every companion is invented. No real person is depicted, and every character is an adult. Avatar AI is made for adults, 18 and over.
