Use your own wallpaper or our ambient backgrounds, then add calendar, to-do tasks, Notion, weather, time, notes, and reminders to your desktop. Live Wall Calendar brings your day to the desktop without turning it into another busy dashboard. Arrange your calendar, reminders, notes, weather, and time around the way you use your Mac. Keep your existing macOS wallpaper or explicitly choose an ambient background, with separate layouts for each display. MAKE THE DESKTOP FIT YOU Move and resize modules with fine control, turn grid snapping on or off, enter precise dimensions, align modules, lock positions, and undo changes. Choose compact, horizontal, or poster dates and Fit Date to Content. Adjust text size, padding, and readability backing without making every module larger. Open the larger editor and zoom or pan when you need more room. ACT ON WHAT IS NEXT Open the Today window with Command-Shift-T when other windows cover your desktop. See upcoming events and meeting countdowns, open recognized meeting links, capture a quick reminder, and complete or undo a reminder. Visible desktop reminder checkboxes are interactive. KEEP PRIVATE THINGS PRIVATE Command-Shift-P turns on Presentation Privacy to hide private desktop and Today content while leaving date and weather visible. This is a manual control, not automatic screen-sharing detection. Notes show titles by default; body previews are optional. Calendar, Reminders, and local notes stay on your Mac. There are no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. FREE AND ONE-TIME FEATURES Balance, Apple Calendar, Reminders, local notes, clock, Weather, core desktop operation, and Start at Login are included without purchase. Focus and Quiet, advanced Canvas appearance, expressive typography, saved Scenes with optional schedules, layout import/export, and the optional Notion workspace require the one-time Canvas Studio Pack. Canvas Studio Pack is not a subscription. The optional Notion connection lets you select a page or database from your own workspace. After you safely map a completion field, an explicit task action changes only that completion property. Notion is not required for the included app. WEATHER AND AMBIENT BACKGROUNDS Weather supports a manually selected city or optional approximate location, regional temperature units, forecasts, and Apple Weather attribution. The calendar follows your regional first weekday, with an override available. Ambient backgrounds offer extremely slow, OLED-conscious color drift. This is not a guarantee against display wear. Reduce Motion, low-power, display-sleep, and transparency settings are respected. System Wallpaper mode does not replace your wallpaper. Some features require permission or an internet connection. Weather and Notion are optional.
