Offers
Jobs come through as a push notification and land in Offers with the pickup, the drop-off, the time and what it pays. A countdown shows how long you have to answer. Offers go to more than one chauffeur, so the first to accept takes it, and the app tells you plainly if someone got there first.
Your sheet
Accepted work sits under My work in the order you will drive it. Open a job for the route, the passenger, the load, any notes from the office, and a button through to whichever maps app you prefer — Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze. Airport jobs show the flight's live status, so a delayed landing reaches you before the passenger does.
On the job
Mark yourself on the way, on scene, passenger on board, and done. The office sees each step as it happens, so nobody has to ring you to ask where you are. Location is shared only while a job is actually running, and stops the moment you finish it.
Money and paperwork
Claim expenses back with a photographed receipt. Add your own private work to the same sheet and send the client a card payment link by email. Your earnings are totalled by month under History. Send in your PHV badge, licence and insurance with their expiry dates, and see what the office has approved and what is running out.

Subscribe to your work from the calendar app you already use, so tomorrow's jobs sit alongside everything else in your day.
Weycross Chauffeur is for chauffeurs already driving for Weycross. Your account is opened by the office; there is no public sign-up.
