Foca turns consistency into a game. Every workout, healthy meal, or glass of water becomes a photo check-in in your friend group — and every check-in earns points on the ranking. Disappear for three days? Everyone sees it. Show up all week? Everyone sees that too.
HOW IT WORKS
• Create a group and invite friends with a link
• Post photo check-ins in three categories: exercise, food, and water
• Check-ins earn points on weekly, monthly, and yearly rankings
• React to your friends' check-ins — bring the fire or the seal of approval
• Follow your month in the progress calendar, photo by photo
30-DAY CHALLENGES
Any group can become a challenge with a start, an end, and a champion. Perfect for a "no-excuses January" or getting ready for summer.
YOUR GROUP, YOUR RULES
Group owners decide how many check-ins count per day in each category. Someone posted a run that never happened? The group can flag it as "Doesn't count" and the points drop instantly (PRO feature).
FOCA PRO
For those who take it (even more) seriously:
• Join up to 5 groups at once
• Full reaction pack
• Flag check-ins as "Doesn't count" — or restore them
• Full ranking history, never expires
• Unlimited members in groups you create
• Post one check-in to all your groups at once
FOCA PRO+ extends it to 10 groups, with everything in PRO included.

- Easier group invites: whoever gets the link without Foca installed goes to the right store and, after signing in, sees the invite to the group right away
- The invite is kept even if you close the app in the middle of signing up
