Screen Pen is a lightweight macOS menu bar app that lets you draw, annotate, and highlight anything on your screen instantly, without interrupting your workflow.

Arrow - point to exactly what you mean
Rectangle & Circle - highlight regions and call out areas

COLORS & SIZES
Choose from 7 colors (white, black, red, green, blue, yellow, purple) and 7 line widths. Your selection is always one click away in the floating toolbar.
FLOATING TOOLBAR
A compact, always-on-top toolbar floats above your content. Switch between horizontal and vertical layouts in Settings. Start and stop drawing instantly. Clicks pass through when you are not drawing, so your desktop stays fully usable.
SCREEN RULER
Built-in on-screen ruler to measure distances in pixels or points. Choose horizontal, vertical, or both. Ideal for designers and developers checking layouts and spacing.
KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS
All key actions are customizable:
Start Drawing: Shift+Command+D (default)
Stop Drawing: Shift+Command+F (default)
Clear Canvas: Shift+Command+Q (default)
Save as Image: Shift+Command+S (default)
Individual tool shortcuts: fully configurable
