Say it once. Saynote turns it into text, then rewrites that text into the email, the minutes, or the to-do list you actually needed. Record it, read it, then turn it into whatever you actually needed — an email, minutes, a to-do list. RECORDING THAT SURVIVES Two hours per take, written to disk every 30 seconds. A crash, a dead battery or an incoming call costs you seconds, not the session. Recording status sits on the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen, so browsing other notes won't stop it. Hitting the two-hour limit saves the take instead of dropping it. TRANSCRIPTION 25 languages including Cantonese and common Chinese dialects. Auto-detect, or pin it to one. Group conversations get speaker labels. Add names, companies and jargon to the hot-word list and accuracy goes up noticeably. REWRITING Four presets built in: email, key points, minutes, to-dos. Write your own by describing the job the way you'd brief a colleague. Names, numbers, dates and conclusions can only come from your transcript. Nothing gets invented. The original and every rewrite are kept side by side. TRANSLATION Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean. Each translation is saved as a new version. The original stays untouched. DICTATE MID-SENTENCE Drop a spoken passage anywhere in a note. The words land at the cursor and the audio joins the same note. YOUR NOTES STAY ON YOUR PHONE Notes live on this device and never sync to a server. Audio is uploaded only to transcribe, then deleted. Recording, editing and exporting need no account at all; an account only tracks transcription quota. Export every note's text at once, or erase everything at once. Good for meeting minutes, interviews, lectures, commutes, and talking an idea through before you write it down. SAYNOTE PRO US$7.99 per month for 5 hours of transcription every 30 days, starting with a 3-day free trial. The trial turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. After that it renews every 30 days through your Apple Account and can be cancelled any time; you keep access until the period ends. Without a subscription you can still record, edit and export, and existing notes are never locked. New accounts come with free quota too.
