Your Voice Library. Your Device. Your Privacy. ToBe SAID Pro adds an unlimited voice library to the ToBe SAID speech engine. Clone a voice from just 15 seconds of audio, save it, and use it in every app that uses system voices: VoiceOver, Spoken Content, your AAC app, your e-book reader. One purchase. No ads. No in-app purchases. No tracking. ToBe SAID Pro is a voice provider, not a reading app. It works together with the apps you already use. WHAT PRO ADDS • An unlimited voice library: keep as many cloned voices as you want • Clone from a 15-second audio file: import MP3, WAV, OGG, and other popular formats, any length, trimmed automatically • Every saved voice appears in your system voice list and works across your apps WHAT IS THE SAME AS THE FREE APP • The same 4 English voices and 2 voices in each of 14 other languages • System-wide use, offline after a one-time voice download • No ads, no in-app purchases WANT TO TRY FIRST? Download ToBe SAID (free) to test the voices and preview voice cloning. The clone preview there stays inside the app; in Pro you can save it. 15 LANGUAGES English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Czech, Estonian, Korean, Hindi, Indonesian, Greek, Turkish. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything runs on your device. Your text, your audio files, and your voices stay with you. Only clone your own voice or voices you have permission to use.

ToBe Said bringing us Pocket TTS is an impressive middle-ground between the efficiency of Piper TTS and studio quality of Kokoro. My experience is that it sits in the Goldilocks zone where voice quality and battery life are happily respected. Kudos to the dev, the paid version is more than worth it. I use these voice models to read my epubs aloud after work, where the last thing I want to do is look at text on a screen. Excellent work.
