Easy Piller
A calm medication tracker
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Mark a dose in its part of the day, not to the minute. No accounts, and
nothing is ever sent to us.
A simple medication tracker. No sign-up, no accounts, no sync — and nothing
is ever sent to us.
NO EXACT TIMES
A dose belongs to a part of the day — morning, daytime or evening — not to a
minute on the clock. Someone who takes a tablet with breakfast does not take it
at 08:00 sharp, and an app that insists otherwise just builds a wall of misses
that never happened.
If the time really does matter for one medication, switch on an exact-time
reminder for that one. It is optional, and it lives on the medication itself.
WHAT IS IN IT
• Today — every dose, grouped into morning, daytime and evening
• One tap per dose; the supply counts down by itself, and back up if you undo
• History by week and by month: what was taken, what was missed, and in which
part of day
• Reminders for morning, daytime and evening — each one separate, with its
own time
• Eleven forms: tablets, capsules, drops, syrup, spray, injections, suppositories, ointment, patches, inhaler, sachets
• Dose and note as free text — “2000 IU · 1 capsule”, “after food”
• Supply left in the right unit: pieces, millilitres, grams or doses
• Light and dark themes
• In 30 languages
WHEN A COURSE ENDS
“I no longer take this” removes a medication from Today and keeps its whole
intake history. Changed your mind? One tap puts it back.
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
No account. Your data stays on this device — and in its own backup, if
that is turned on. The app has no networking code at all: no analytics, no
ads, nothing sent to us. You can also export everything to a single JSON
file and import it on a new phone.
This is a diary, not a medical device. It gives no advice and replaces no
doctor.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
History no longer calls today’s doses missed while the day is still going: until midnight they read “not yet”. Meds now says plainly where your data is: on this device and in its own backup, if that is turned on; nothing is ever sent to us. A new “Privacy policy” button at the bottom of Meds opens the policy. With very large text, screen titles no longer break in the middle of a word. Translations corrected.
