Pause is a simple, focused intermittent fasting tracker for adults who want to build a steady routine without turning every meal into a project.
Start your fasting timer in one tap, see elapsed and remaining time, and keep progress close with local reminders, a Live Activity during the final hour, and Home Screen widgets. Pause uses neutral progress language—no dramatic body-stage claims or promises about what is happening inside your body.
FASTING TIMER AND FLEXIBLE PLANS
Choose from 13:11, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, or a 36-hour fast. Set the plan for your next fast, correct start and end times when needed, and keep going past your target until you choose to finish.
FASTING HISTORY AND STREAKS
Review completed fasts in a monthly calendar, check recent progress, and follow your current streak. Edit or delete records so your fasting history reflects what actually happened.
WATER AND WEIGHT TRACKING
Track water quickly, set your own daily hydration goal, turn on optional reminders, and review weekly totals. Log your weight, set a goal, and follow your trend over time.
OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH
With your permission, Pause can read and write weight, write water, and display active energy from Apple Health. Each use is optional and controlled by you.

A CLEAR PRIVACY APPROACH
Pause uses no cross-app tracking, remote product analytics, session replay, or remote crash reporting. Apple Health data is never used for advertising, marketing, analytics, or diagnostics. Read the Privacy Policy for complete details.

SUBSCRIPTION
A Pause account and active auto-renewing subscription are required after profile setup. Monthly and yearly options use App Store-localized pricing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
