RelayNest gives everyone one calm, shared workspace, so nothing falls through the cracks. ONE WORKSPACE FOR THE WHOLE CARE CIRCLE • Create a care workspace for the person you're caring for in about two minutes. • Invite siblings, spouses, aides, and clinicians, each with the right access: owner, editor, viewer, or healthcare provider. • Assign tasks, see who's handling what, and leave handoff notes for whoever is on next. MEDICATIONS, SORTED • Keep one shared medication list and log each dose as it's given. • Med check compares the medications taken before the hospital stay with the discharge list, and flags changes, duplicates, and anything unclear for you to confirm with the care team. • Scan discharge paperwork: photograph it or upload a PDF, and RelayNest drafts a medication list for you to review. Nothing is saved until you approve it. APPOINTMENTS AND FOLLOW-UP • Track every follow-up and specialist visit in one place. • Collect questions for the doctor ahead of time and bring a printable prep sheet. • Get reminders so the next visit or dose isn't missed. THE CARE PLAN, READABLE • Discharge instructions, warning signs, and care guidance, organized in plain language. • Translate the care plan into Spanish, Chinese, French, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Korean, Russian, or Arabic. • A discharge-day guide, a daily check-in, and an emergency card with the essentials. VITALS • Record vitals and lab values, or connect Apple Health to bring in blood pressure, heart rate, glucose, blood oxygen, weight, respiratory rate, and temperature. RelayNest only reads from Apple Health and never writes to it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Two-factor authentication, with one-time recovery codes. • Lock the app with Face ID, and automatic sign-out after 15 minutes without activity. • Notifications never show medication names or appointment details on your lock screen. • AI features stay off until you allow them, and RelayNest tells you exactly what is shared first. • No ads. Your information is never sold. • Delete your account and its data at any time from the app. FREE FOR FAMILIES RelayNest is free for families.
