Cover a private detail in a screenshot, manually hide a face in a photo, or keep a little surprise. Choose Block, Blur or Pixelate, keep the useful context, and inspect the exact copy you share. CHOOSE YOUR COVERS Import an image from Photos, Camera, Files or Clipboard. Select recognized words or lines, or draw your own covers. Crop, zoom and adjust each redaction. Opaque Block covers are the default and the strongest cover. Blur and Pixelate are also available. OPTIONAL REMOVE, ONE LIFETIME UNLOCK One purchase unlocks Remove, which uses on-device image generation on supported iPhones. Existing lifetime purchases include Remove. It needs at least 5 GiB of device RAM and an opaque photo at least 512 pixels on each side. A nearby source area is sampled into a fixed 512 x 512 model view; source-pixel selection size alone is not the limit. Visible surrounding background, available memory, device temperature and the existing edit-history budget can prevent a preview. Choose Remove in the editor, finish a Rectangle or Brush selection, then choose Preview. Inspect the proposal in that editor; use Edit Selection to revise, Cancel to discard or Apply to keep it. Inspect the fill and its edges before Apply: generated detail may soften or be invented. Photo dimensions and pixels outside the selection stay unchanged. A natural-looking fill does not verify privacy; opaque Block remains the strongest privacy cover. SEE EVERY EDIT Review all your covers together, in the context of the whole image. Scan suggests likely private details. Protected Terms helps find text you choose to save locally. These tools can miss information, so inspect the whole image yourself. CHECK THE COPY YOU SHARE Hide This creates a separate PNG or JPEG and reopens that exact output before sharing becomes available. The new image has one raster, without copied source/private metadata, hidden source layers or editable redaction overlays. Required image structure and color information may remain. Your imported original stays unchanged. If a completed check offers reviewable residual-text flags, inspect each on the exact copy. Confirm only safely covered flags; all must be confirmed before a copy is labeled Reviewed by you. Otherwise return to editing, fix the issue and check a new copy. Original findings remain recorded. Other required failures still block sharing. BASIC PRIVACY TOOLS AND CHECKED COPIES ARE FREE Block, Blur, Pixelate, text selection, Scan, Protected Terms, Review and full-quality checked copies need no purchase. No export allowance, ads or watermark. Exact-output safety checks stay available to everyone. Optional Remove requires the existing one-time lifetime unlock before processing. Finish a selection, then choose Unlock Remove. A purchase never starts Preview automatically, and cancelling or closing the offer keeps your edits. Verified existing lifetime purchases include Remove; use Restore Purchases to recover an active purchase. No subscription. The three most recent checked copies stay in Recent checked copies for up to 24 hours. Reopen or remove them there; save elsewhere to keep a copy longer. Image analysis happens on your iPhone. Purchases and chosen sharing destinations use Apple's system services. Restore Purchases recovers a verified active lifetime purchase. Basic checked copies remain free without an unlock. A passing report confirms the checks performed, not complete coverage or guaranteed anonymity. Pixelate retains coarse image information and is a weaker privacy choice. Inspect transparent PNG output on light and dark backgrounds.
