AI Detector tells you how likely a piece of content was generated by AI — and shows you the reasoning behind the score instead of just a number.
WHAT YOU CAN CHECK
• Text - essays, articles, emails, social posts, product reviews. Paste it in, import a .txt file, or scan a page with your camera roll and let on-device text recognition pull the words out.
• Images - photos, illustrations, and artwork.
• Video - pick a clip and the app samples frames across its length to judge it as a whole.
WHAT YOU GET BACK
• An AI-probability percentage on a clear gauge, with a plain-English verdict and a confidence level.
• The specific signals behind the score, so you can see what the analysis actually keyed on rather than trusting a bare number.
• For text, a sentence-by-sentence breakdown showing which passages look most machine-written.
• A share sheet that copies the result as plain text.
BUILT AROUND YOUR PRIVACY
• Nothing is uploaded unless you start an analysis.
• Videos are copied to temporary storage only while they are being analysed, then deleted - and the whole temp folder is purged every time the app launches.
• Only results you explicitly tap Save are kept, along with a small thumbnail. The original photo or video is never stored.
• Your saved history lives on your device. You can delete any entry, or clear all of it, at any time.
• No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking.
DESIGNED FOR IPHONE
Built entirely in SwiftUI. Full Dynamic Type and VoiceOver support, light and dark themes, and a manual appearance override if you want to pin one.
AN HONEST NOTE ON ACCURACY
No AI detector is definitive, and this one does not pretend otherwise. Results are estimates and can produce both false positives and false negatives - human writing gets flagged, and machine writing slips through. Treat a score as one input into your own judgement, never as proof. That warning appears on every result screen in the app, not just here.
