Three interface languages: Russian, Kazakh and English. Works offline — sales are sent to the server as soon as the connection is back. Inventa is inventory tracking and a cash register for a small shop, a workshop, and a stall at a fair. CATALOG AND STOCK • Products with categories, prices, photos and cost • Variants of one product: color, size, design — each with its own price and stock • Stock per point of sale and per workshop store • Stocktake: enter the actual count, the app works out shortages and surpluses • Catalog import from CSV CASH REGISTER • Sell by scanning a QR code or by searching by code and name • Card, QR or cash payment with change calculation • Split one receipt across payment methods • Parked receipts • Cash shift: opening, cash in and out, reconciliation, Z-report as PDF • Blind count — the cashier does not see the expected amount until the actual one is entered WORKING WITH MAKERS (CONSIGNMENT) • Goods are taken on consignment or bought outright • Two-step delivery intake: the maker declares, the manager accepts • The shop's debt to each maker is calculated automatically, at consignment price • Maker portal: what has been sold and how much is owed LABELS • Print QR labels on Niimbot thermal printers over Bluetooth • Custom label sizes, several price tags on one label • Print a photo or a prepared design onto the box TEAM AND STORES • Roles: administrator, manager, accountant, maker, cashier • Several points of sale, a shared store for several makers • Fair mode: sell from the workshop stock without being tied to a store OFFLINE Sales go through without internet and reach the server once the connection is back. The queue is visible, nothing is lost or duplicated. LANGUAGES Russian, Kazakh and English — switched inside the app. SUBSCRIPTION The Start plan is free with no time limit. The Store and Business plans are monthly auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through the App Store: payment is charged to your Apple ID, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
