CalSync keeps your work, university and personal calendars honest about when you are busy. Connect a Microsoft 365 account, a Google Calendar, or the calendars already on your Mac. Every booked slot in one calendar appears as a "Busy" placeholder in the others, so colleagues in each organisation stop booking over your commitments elsewhere. Titles, attendees, locations and notes never cross between accounts: the other side only ever sees that you are busy. • Runs quietly in the menu bar and syncs on launch, on a schedule, after you edit a local calendar, and when your Mac wakes • Per-account direction: two-way, share only, or receive only • Microsoft 365 work, school and personal accounts sign in with a one-time code in your browser • Google Calendar signs in through Google's own consent page • Apple and iCloud calendars use the accounts already on your Mac • Placeholders are tagged so CalSync only ever removes events it created; removing an account cleans up after itself • Everything runs on your Mac. Per-account sync window: set how far ahead and back each account syncs its events, so you can show events from a calendar far in advance in the others. Each account can override a global default, and narrowing a window now cleans up placeholders it no longer needs.
