When you set up a vote you see who will be able to vote, so nobody is left out without knowing. • The builder shows how many people or units vote, with the list, and flags anyone without a unit • In a vote by unit, anyone without an assigned unit sees why they can't vote • Email notices when a vote is published, when it opens and before it closes if you haven't voted

The app now does everything the website does, and times are your community's. • Full meetings from your phone: create, set the agenda, send the notice, the room QR and video-call attendance • Search the roll to assign units, also in communities of more than 50 people • Minutes book, tie-break draws and background documents for written consultations • Dates are shown in the community's time zone, chosen by the owner
