When a truck sits, everybody loses. ShiftSeat connects small carriers with qualified drivers so idle trucks get back on the road. ShiftSeat connects small and mid-sized carriers with qualified commercial drivers for short-term driving engagements. When a driver goes down, a small carrier's truck sits. Larger fleets can reseat a driver the same week. ShiftSeat gives smaller operators that same ability. FOR CARRIERS Post an available truck with your lane, pay rate, and equipment details. Review applications from qualified drivers. Accept a driver or a team, sign the engagement agreement in the app, and fund the engagement before it starts. FOR DRIVERS Browse available trucks and apply to the ones that fit your qualifications and schedule. See the daily rate, the lane, the equipment, and the terms before you apply. Sign the agreement in the app. Drivers never pay a fee to use ShiftSeat. HOW ENGAGEMENTS WORK Every engagement is documented with a signed agreement recording the truck, the term, the daily rate, and the posted holdover and breakdown terms. Compensation is funded before the engagement begins and released on completion. Entry and exit inspections are recorded in the app with photos and timestamps, creating a shared condition record both parties can rely on. WHAT SHIFTSEAT DOES NOT DO ShiftSeat is not a motor carrier, a broker, or an employer. Loads are assigned by the motor carrier through its own systems. ShiftSeat provides matching, documentation, payment, and evidence infrastructure only. LIMITED BETA ShiftSeat is currently in limited beta in the United States.
