Zzzentinel 3.0 - your night at a glance - Night at a glance: duration, snoring, pauses or breathing rate, and sleep in four tiles at the top of the morning report - Night map: a band for each sound from the start of the watch to the morning, with breathing pauses marked - Breathing pauses get their own section: longest first, each with playback of the breaths around it - Nights list: minutes of snoring per night and a seven-night trend with arrows against the nights before - Night screen: see what is on duty tonight - microphone, breathing, Health, guard - switch breathing and Health on with a tap, and get a warning when the phone is not on a charger - "Quiet for 12 min" while the watch runs, so you know it is listening - A calmer look: the brand colour across the app and a refreshed icon

Apple Watch complication fixed: Zzzentinel is back in the watch face gallery and refreshes itself after every update. Everything else is unchanged from 2.9.

Breathing and sleep: - Breathing rate from the microphone: the morning report shows the night's curve, the usual range and how long breathing was audible - Breathing pauses are now found in quiet but audible breathing too, and each one keeps a short clip - Optional: sleep stages and respiratory rate from your watch in Apple Health (read-only, nothing leaves your phone) - The clinician summary (PDF) includes breathing rate and sleep - Breathune now also receives breathing rate and sleep time - More robust recording when the microphone drops out

Zzzentinel now learns from you: • "To confirm": the app asks about sounds it heard for the first time or isn't sure about — confirm or correct with one tap • Edit your definitions: rename a sound, listen to every training sample, remove the ones that don't belong • Name any recorded sound, not just undefined ones • Smarter breathing analysis: ignores moments you were awake, compares against your local rhythm, stays quiet when there isn't enough data • More sensitive detection — quieter, shorter sounds no longer slip through • Morning reports are more consistent and vary their wording • Every export now includes a data table of what was measured
