Sass Tax is a parent-led chore, allowance, rewards, and fair-accountability app for families with teens age 13+. Parents assign one-time or recurring tasks, choose private reminder times, review completed work, schedule automatic allowances, and keep a clear family ledger. Teens see what is due, mark work complete, build positive XP streaks, and save toward personal or shared goals. CHOOSE THE SYSTEM THAT FITS • Encouragement focuses on positive moments, rewards, and permanent XP • Balanced Accountability uses expectations agreed on in advance, calm cooldowns, repair, and appeal • Family Economy adds virtual practice money without transferring real funds Accountability is designed to be limited and repairable. XP is never removed, missing a streak day never removes progress, and every consequence retains a visible path to repair or appeal. APPLE WATCH FOR TEENS Teens with a cellular or Wi-Fi Apple Watch can use Sass Tax even when they do not have their own iPhone. A parent securely links the teen's Watch to an approved teen profile using a short, expiring code. After linking, the teen can: • View their current balance and XP • See assigned and completed tasks • Mark a task complete for parent review • Review recent activity • Receive relevant task notifications directly on Apple Watch • Continue using cached information when offline; task completions sync when connectivity returns Parents remain in control. They approve each Watch connection and can revoke a linked Watch at any time. A teen cannot use Watch linking to access another family member's information. Sass Tax also supports the traditional companion experience for families whose teens use the iPhone app with Apple Watch.
