What’s New in Version 1.4 The Gift Journal now remembers more of the story around each person — including what changed over time. • Record gifts another person received, including the giver, date, occasion, photo, notes and saved links. • See clearer relationship history: gifts you received from someone, gifts they gave, and gifts they received. • Add Practical details to people and keep previous values when something genuinely changes over time. • Correct an earlier Practical detail without creating false history when the original information was simply wrong. • Edit or remove previous values, including their dates, while keeping the person record in one deliberate Save flow. • Privately remember where a gift is stored. • Capture Ideas and Hints from a photo without needing a product link — even offline. • Turn a Hint into an Idea while keeping its original “Inspired by…” connection. • Notifications are discreet by default, with more detail only when you choose. • People filters now include My circle, Gift givers, All people, With ideas and With hints. • Existing structured dates update when you change your calendar and date language. • Mac editing and contextual actions are more consistent, with improved disclosure controls, double-click editing and right-click menus. • Includes reliability and private iCloud sync improvements across your Apple devices.
