TrainNap watches the distance and alerts you as you approach. CHOOSE EXACTLY HOW YOU WAKE Quiet mode never plays sound. Safe mode starts quietly, then uses a loud backup if you don’t respond. Loud mode alerts you with sound immediately. TrainNap explains the behavior before every alarm is armed. A LOUD BACKSTOP WHEN YOU NEED IT If a gentle alert doesn’t wake you, TrainNap can escalate to a real alarm through Silent Mode and Focus. It is a last resort, not the first thing you hear.
