Share your night. Tap the share icon on any shift to get a closeout card for your story or feed: the tip lines, tip out and what you walked with. You choose exact, rounded or per-hour. Your restaurant, sales and notes never go on the card. Also: the app now uses its own typeface everywhere, and History reads better at large text sizes.

A small behind-the-scenes update. When you install Cashout from an ad in App Store search, the app now asks Apple which ad campaign it came from, so we stop paying for ads that don't help anyone. Apple shares only campaign numbers: nothing about you, and no tracking across apps. You can turn analytics off in Settings.

A calmer start. After you pick how your house does tip out, Cashout now takes you to the home screen instead of an empty entry form. Open the close out when you actually have your numbers — after the shift, not before it.

Cashout now speaks eight languages. Pick yours on the first screen or in Settings — English, Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese, Hindi, Ukrainian or Russian. Your choice sticks, and it never changes what you have already logged. Fixed: the app used to keep the graphics card busy on a screen that was not moving, which warmed the phone up. It doesn't any more. Fixed: switching between Light and Dark repainted the screen behind Settings but not Settings itself. Now both change at once.

Pay periods. Tell Cashout how your paycheck runs — weekly, every two weeks, twice a month, or monthly — and History gets a Pay period view. Check a paycheck against what you actually logged. Your week, your way. The week can now start on any day, not just Monday or Sunday. Reminders, off by default. A nudge after your shift on the days you usually work — never on a night you have already logged. Plus an optional weekly recap and a January tip summary. Search your shifts by note or station. Fixed: on smaller iPhones, Settings could drift sideways under your finger.
