AUK Space is here A board for the whole university, where until now there was only your timetable. Ask anything, say what you lost, propose a meet-up — or run a poll when you need everyone's opinion. Post anonymously if a question is easier to ask that way: your year won't see who wrote it. Also new • Groups. Make one with a six-character code, and get a chat, shared notes and the people in it. • Notes. Keep the Zoom links for your classes in one place and share them with your year, or keep them to yourself. Links are tappable where they stand. • A profile: a name, a photo and a line about what you're up to. Fixed • A long class no longer looks endless on the widget and the Lock Screen. • A widget whose timetable had gone stale now says so instead of showing last week.

AUK clubs are now in the app Dance, literature, finance, art, film, volleyball, running, music — and the Student Council. Open Profile to see them all, tap a club to read what it is, and join its channel from there. The list stays current on its own: a new club shows up without updating the app. Also fixed • Long classes no longer look endless. A three-hour class on the widget and the Lock Screen now counts down in hours, not in minutes alone.

A fix: a course could disappear from your week. When a course is split into new groups mid-term, the group you were put in at sign-up stops matching, and the course quietly left your timetable. It is back, and nothing needs to be done on your side.

The second half of the term is in. Year one: Fundamentals of National Resistance now runs in three groups rather than one, and Academic English has been added with four of its own. Year two: the Wednesday stream settled into one shape, and three courses now end on the dates the faculty actually set. Year three: Society and Law adds a Wednesday hour on three weeks. Rooms, teachers and formats brought in line with the current file throughout.

If a class is not where the app says it is — a different room, a different hour, a lecture that is not happening — you can now say so. Tap the "!" at the top of the day, or open a class and scroll down. Your programme, year and the class go with it. Nothing changes on its own: a person reads it and decides. The autumn timetable, corrected — several classes moved after the term was printed, and the app now has them right across all years. Widgets now follow changes: until now a widget could still show the printed time after a class had moved. A cancelled class leaves the day instead of staying crossed out.

A class cancelled, moved, switched online or replaced by another subject shows up in the app, and you get a notification. A cancelled class does not vanish from the list. It stays, struck through, with the reason — and no reminder arrives for it.

Class formats are corrected - on campus, online and hybrid now match the faculty timetable. Removed classes that were not real: in several programmes they sat on top of genuine ones. Corrected the day and time of several classes. The app now shows the date the timetable runs to. Widgets: the course code is no longer cut off, and the countdown to a class reads more clearly.
