Drive a motorized DUPLO® train from any iPad or iPhone on iOS 15 or later - a retired device makes the perfect dedicated train controller.
Drive your child's motorized DUPLO® train straight from an iPad or iPhone - including retired devices, because Train Remote runs on iOS 15 and later (iPad Air 2, iPad mini 4, iPhone 6s and newer). An old iPad or iPhone becomes the perfect train controller.
Compatible with the LEGO® DUPLO® Connected Train sets (Steam Train 10874 and Cargo Train 10875) and their Bluetooth train base.
TWO MODES
Simple mode - made for toddlers:
- three giant buttons: forward, stop, backward
- one button cycles the cab light colors
- one button plays the train's sounds
- zero reading required
Advanced mode - a vintage locomotive cab:
- vertical throttle lever with a wide stop zone
- analog speedometer driven by the train's real wheel sensor
- battery gauge and direction lamps
- brass sound buttons and lantern-style light switches
- scenery rolling past the cab window at the train's actual speed
PUSH TO START
- give the standing train a gentle push and it drives off slowly by itself, in the direction you pushed, even while the app is connected
- hold the train and it stops; the buttons and the lever in the app follow along
ALWAYS SAFE
- the train stops when the app goes to background or the connection drops
- automatic reconnect when the train wakes up
- obstacle stops are detected and reflected in the app
- action bricks on the track show a matching brick badge
REQUIREMENTS
- a LEGO® DUPLO® train with the Bluetooth train base (sets 10874 / 10875)
- Bluetooth on; no account, no ads, no data collection

Ratings & Reviews
