iPhone
Turn your voice into organized notes, tasks, and reminders. Try 3 recordings free, then subscribe to continue.
Turn your thoughts into action—just by speaking.
AutoNote is an AI-powered voice notes and productivity app that transforms natural speech into organized tasks, reminders, calendar events, ideas, and notes.
Record what’s on your mind. AutoNote transcribes your voice, identifies what matters, and organizes the results. Review and edit everything before saving, so you stay in control.
SPEAK NATURALLY
No special commands or rigid formats. Talk about your plans, ideas, errands, meetings, or anything else in your own words. AutoNote creates a searchable transcript and organized summary.
AUTOMATICALLY ORGANIZE YOUR THOUGHTS
AutoNote intelligently identifies:
• Tasks and to-dos
• Reminders with dates and times
• Calendar events
• Ideas worth saving
• Notes and important details
REVIEW BEFORE YOU SAVE
Review, edit, and confirm extracted items before adding them to your AutoNote timeline or supported Apple apps. You decide what to keep and change.
APPLE CALENDAR AND REMINDERS
Turn spoken plans into actionable items. Create events in Apple Calendar and reminders in Apple Reminders after reviewing and confirming the results.
YOUR DAY, IN ONE PLACE
Use timeline and calendar views to see upcoming items and revisit previous thoughts. Search saved AutoNotes and transcripts to find what you need.
BUILT FOR EVERYDAY PRODUCTIVITY
• Capture ideas while walking or commuting
• Create tasks without typing
• Remember appointments and personal plans
• Record meeting follow-ups
• Organize a busy stream of thoughts
• Turn spoken brain dumps into a clear plan
TRY AUTONOTE FREE
• 3 successfully processed AI recordings total
• Up to 3 minutes per recording
• Review, edit, and save extracted results
• Search and revisit saved AutoNotes
The free allowance does not reset monthly. Failed transcription, failed AI extraction, and responses containing no extracted items do not consume a recording.
Successful processing counts toward your allowance even if you later discard the results or choose not to save them.
After all 3 free recordings are used, a Premium subscription is required to process additional recordings. Previously saved notes remain accessible.
AUTONOTE PREMIUM
• Up to 100 successfully processed recordings each calendar month
• Up to 5 minutes per recording
• Optional iCloud synchronization
• App Lock for additional privacy
The Premium allowance resets at the beginning of each calendar month. Unused Premium recordings do not carry over.
Choose a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices and available options are displayed in the app before purchase.
PERMISSIONS AND CONNECTIVITY
Some features require microphone, speech recognition, notification, calendar, or reminders access. AI processing and iCloud synchronization require an internet connection.
AI-generated results may contain errors. Review important details, including dates and times, before saving.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Canceling does not reset the free allowance; unused free recordings remain available.
