Every document is issued by your business, in your name. Write an invoice for work you have done, send an estimate or quote before you start, or hand a customer a sale receipt on the spot. Add line items with quantities and rates, and watch the total update as you type.
Set your own numbering, too. ACME-0001 instead of INV-0001, with a separate sequence for each document type, so your books read the way you keep them.

Every document renders as a clean, printable PDF invoice. Send it straight from the app by email, or push it through the share sheet into whatever your client actually uses. No watermark on any tier.

Record part payments and full payments against any invoice and watch the balance fall. CustomInvoice works out paid, part paid, outstanding, and overdue from your payment record every time it shows them, so the number in front of you is never a stale total someone forgot to update.

Create named tax rates and apply them per line, so a job that mixes taxable labour with exempt materials bills correctly. Discount a single line or the whole invoice. Every amount is calculated the way an accountant would check it.

See what you are owed, how much of it is late, how late, and what you billed each month. Export your documents and payments to CSV and hand your bookkeeper a spreadsheet instead of a shoebox.
BUILT TO BE TRUSTED WITH MONEY
Every amount is a whole number of cents. Line totals are rounded individually and then added, so the total on the invoice always equals the column your client is reading. Document numbers are never reused, so your sequence stays an audit trail.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN, AND GENUINELY OFFLINE
CustomInvoice has no account, no login, and no cloud sync. Your clients, your rates, and your invoices live on your device and are never uploaded. The app works with the radio off: on a plane, in a basement, or on a site with no signal. Most invoicing apps make you create an account before you can send anything. This one does not.
